Just what we wanted
Excellent customer support. We purchased the fan but it was not installed until two months after purchase. Did not use it actually for any length of time for a few months after that. The fan stopped working after a few short runs, and we were told by and our electrician said that it was a part in it that needed to be replaced. I contacted the company, and they were very helpful. We got the new free part for replacement with a new remote control, installed it, and everything works now. We love the fan. Very pretty, and for the price, you can’t beat it. Plus customer service was great!!! Our other Warmiplanet fans work fine. Just a fluke in this one.
Moves plenty of air
This fan is a life saver for those horrible Alabama summers. When I tell you it feels like ice is being blown in your face. It’s incredible. Only downside is installing this monster. Please get help if you don’t know what you are doing.
