Stopped working after 7 months. Tried all the troubleshooting mentioned in the product manual. Also tried calling the product support phone number mentioned on the Amazon Website and phone call fails (no is probably inactive or the vendor has not updated the number on Amazon).Update as of Dec 2025 - The support team for Warmiplanet reached out in Nov 2025 and helped address the issue. They sent me a new receiver, remote and instructions to replaces the receiver. This has fixed the issue and the fan is working now. Changing the rating as the issue was resolved (took some time to get attention, but the issue has been resolved for now).

Horrible directions. They give you hardware and you need to figure out where to use them. The remote receiver under the top of the fan is difficult to install since the wires coming from the ceiling are in the way. The fan flow is wonderful and the look is nice but it could definitely use a longer down rod which would make it nicer and probably easier to install.Overall good deal for the price.
Great fan for the price. Very quiet operation. The instructions & installation were straightforward like other ceiling fans that I have installed.
Arrived on time life we bought no damage on the outside of the box. Having work done on my home this is a upgrade from a fan had someone to install it was nice to be able to select what size I could choose. Either the side it looks like wood or the black guy. Haven’t had a chance to try it out still being worked on will update you. Just for a very satisfied can’t wait to try it out.
