Thank you for shopping at warmiplanet.com. This policy explains our current processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and tracking support.
Order processing
- Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
United States shipping
- Domestic Economy: Free shipping, with an estimated transit time of 5-8 business days after processing.
- Hawaii: Economy shipping is $9.00.
- Final availability, delivery estimate, and any applicable charge are shown at checkout based on the delivery address. If no shipping option appears, contact us before ordering.
Total estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time. Carrier delays can occur during holidays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
- We email a tracking number after your order ships.
- Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show its first update.
- If tracking has not updated after 72 hours, email tommy@warmiplanetfan.com and we will investigate.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can cancel and refund an order before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is handled under our refund policy.
