Help, without the wait
Frequently asked questions.
Practical answers for installation, controls, lighting, maintenance, replacement parts, and warranty support.
How do I reset or pair the remote?
Turn the fan power off for about 10 seconds, turn it back on, then press and hold the remote pairing button within 30 seconds. Keep the remote close to the fan receiver. If pairing still fails, replace the remote battery and repeat the process.
What should I check if the fan does not start?
Confirm the breaker and wall switch are on, check the remote battery, and make sure the receiver and motor connectors are fully seated. Do not use a wall dimmer or fan-speed wall control. If there are sparks, smoke, a burning smell, or exposed wiring, switch off power and contact a qualified electrician.
Why does my ceiling fan wobble?
Switch off power and confirm the mounting bracket, canopy, blade arms, and blade screws are secure. Check that every blade is installed in the correct orientation and that the ceiling box is fan-rated. Small movement can be normal, but strong or worsening wobble should be inspected before continued use.
Why is the fan making noise?
New fans may need a short settling period. Check for loose blade screws, canopy contact, pinched wires, or decorative parts touching the motor housing. A soft airflow sound is normal; clicking, grinding, electrical buzzing, or a sudden new noise should be investigated with power switched off.
What can I do if the light is not responding?
Confirm the light connector is fully seated and use the light button on the supplied remote or app. Cycle power once, then try the brightness or color-temperature controls again. Avoid using an external wall dimmer because it can interfere with the fan electronics.
How do I change the fan direction?
Use the reverse button on the supplied remote or app while the fan is stopped or running at a low speed. In warm weather, use the direction that produces a downward breeze. In cooler weather, reverse the fan at low speed to circulate warm air near the ceiling.
Why will the fan not connect to the app?
Make sure the phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled, and the fan is in pairing mode. Keep the phone near the fan during setup. If setup times out, remove the incomplete device, reset pairing, and add it again.
How do I request a replacement part or warranty support?
