The remote does not control anything. It wont turn the fan on or off, wont adjust speed nor turn on the light.

Never received the product, they won't give me tracking information, it has been 3 weeks past the proposed delivery date, and they won't return emails.
Did not receive. Never offered tracking
The remote was for the exact model I had but it does not connect. Will have to change out the receiver in the fan to make it operational.
