Never received the product, they won't give me tracking information, it has been 3 weeks past the proposed delivery date, and they won't return emails.

The remote was for the exact model I had but it does not connect. Will have to change out the receiver in the fan to make it operational.
I would like to write a good review, but as of right now I have not received the two remote controls that I ordered. I will update my review if I evere get them.
