ceiling fans remote with dimmer function (only for warmiplanet AC motor fan)
I own two Warmiplanet fans and both operate by remote control. When the original remote mechanism failed, Warmiplanet was quick to respond in sending the replacement parts. The first fan failed while under warranty. That part was replaced without cost and rushed to my door. I was impressed with the response time. When the second unit failed, I used the same method of contact that I used for the first fan, but was told my unit was no longer under warranty. I was told there was a cost to have the replacement parts sent to me. I was happy to pay and waited for the part to arrive. After about 10 days, the parts arrived via USPS. I was able to switch out the defected parts and had my fan back in operation. I love my Warmiplanet fans and enjoy their cooling effect. I like doing business with them and look forward to working with them in the future if necessary.
We bought a new house with this fan installed. We wanted a remote to operate the fan. Ordering was easy. Install was pretty easy. I would suggest you place the transmitter into the bracket and then wire it. Space is tight. We ran into an extra wire that was red. We figured out it had to be attach to the blue wire, as there are 3 wall switches that operate the fixture. Great price to upgrade this luxury fan.
Did not receive it.
That was the first remote I ordered because the one that came with the fans never worked. This one doesn’t work either. In frustration, I ordered another one, that doesn’t work either.. Sent message to warmiplanet to test the next one before sending; got a message they said it has been sent with tracking number.
I don’t have any confidence it will function!
