Warranty coverage
Warmiplanet ceiling fans include a 2-year limited product warranty. The fan motor is covered by a 10-year limited motor warranty. Coverage begins on the original delivery date and applies to the original purchaser.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship during normal residential use. Depending on the issue, Warmiplanet may provide troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair support, or a replacement product.
Before you make a claim
- Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
- Record the product model or SKU.
- Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Do not return or discard the product or any part unless our support team authorizes it.
How to make a claim
Email tommy@warmiplanetfan.com with your order number, product model, delivery address, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. You can also call +1 650 830-0251.
Important limitations
Coverage does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal cosmetic wear, use outside the product's stated indoor or outdoor rating, or failure to follow the installation and safety instructions. Installation, removal, and labor costs are not included unless Warmiplanet confirms otherwise in writing.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
