1.How to do if the ceiling fan shakes？

Wobble can result from a variety of causes, including warped blades, loose screws and incorrect installation.

 

2.Can I use it with my existing dimmer switch?

No. A wall dimmer switch will reduce current and interfere with fan control. Replace the wall dimmer switch with an on-off switch.  You may need an electrician.

 

3.Can we use the wall switch to control the brightness and speed of the fan light?

No, the fan can not work with a Wall Switch with speed control or dimmer function.

 

4.Can we buy extension rods?

We offer 12inch and 20inch downrod, you can buy it according to your needs.

 

5.How long can the LED light source of the ceiling fan be used?

Depending on the situation of use, the lifespan of the light is different. Generally speaking, the lifespan of the light will be more than 5 years.
